If you deleted your Order Confirmation Email after buying Trend Micro products online, don’t worry! You can easily download a copy or find other details from that email.
For Online Purchases

Visit the Trend Micro Purchase Management Account Portal:

Create an Account:
- Click on the Create an account link at the bottom of the page.
- Use the email address linked to your subscription to sign up.

Log In:
After setting your password, log in using your email address and the password you just created.

Download a Copy:
Go to the Invoices section and click on the invoice number. You can then print or download your invoice.
For Retail Purchases
If you bought your Trend Micro subscription from a retail store, please return to the store and ask for a copy of your purchase receipt.
